In the coming weeks we have to have some work done to our well. It has been classified as a "slow recovering" well. In layman's terms this means you can only do 2 very small loads of wash a day & only 2 of us can bathe! We have been told that the well may be as shallow as 60 feet, which I have been told that is very shallow as wells go. The drilling company came out and told us for them to get their equipment in some of the trees will need trimmed. In the usual Adams "go big or go home" fashion Kevin showed up one night recently with one of Bob Lewis' tractors to lift up Walter in the bucket to get to the high branches. It was a bit nerve-wracking to watch but definitely the way to trim those high branches. He also trimmed up some other places we wanted done. Now we just wait for the drilling company to get to us and pray for lots of water. Living like this can be done, it is just a bit frustrating at times.
